1. Who we are

Tio is a sports information and analysis tool. This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and your rights. Data contact: hey@heytio.app.

2. Data we collect

Account: your email and authentication data. Payment: processed by Stripe; we only receive your subscription status (we do not store your card number). Preferences: the bookmaker, league and pick type you choose. Usage: technical logs and usage counters to run the product.

Chats with Tio: the text (and any images you attach) is sent to the AI provider to generate the reply.

3. How we use it

To provide and maintain the service, process your subscription, personalize your analyses, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal bases (LGPD)

We process your data to perform the contract (deliver the service you subscribe to), with your consent (by accepting the terms and using the product), and to comply with legal obligations and the legitimate interest of operating and protecting the service.

5. Sharing

We share data with the processors that make the service work: Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), the AI provider (generating Tio's replies), and sports-data providers (odds and statistics). We do not sell your data.

6. Retention

We keep your data while your account exists and for as long as needed to meet legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time.

7. Your rights

Under the LGPD you may confirm processing, access, correct, anonymize, port or delete your data, and withdraw consent. To exercise these, write to hey@heytio.app.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep your session logged in and remember your language. The product doesn't work without them.

9. Age

The product is intended for people 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes & contact
