1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Tio (the “app”), you confirm you are at least 18 years old and you fully agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What Tio is (and isn't)

Tio is an AI-assisted sports information and analysis tool. It gathers public third-party odds and statistics and presents readings, estimates and opinions in plain language.

Tio is NOT a bookmaker: it does not take bets, handle wagers, or pay winnings. Tio is also not a financial institution or an investment adviser.

3. Tips are not advice

The tips, analyses and any content generated by Tio are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute, and must not be interpreted as, financial, investment, legal, or betting advice or a recommendation to place any bet.

Tio is an AI tool and can make mistakes, including inaccurate, outdated or incomplete information. No outcome is guaranteed. Probabilities are estimates, not certainties.

4. Your responsibility

Any decision to bet is solely yours. You are solely responsible for evaluating the information, verifying the data with the bookmaker, and bearing the consequences of your choices.

Only bet what you can afford to lose. Betting involves the risk of financial loss.

5. Responsible gambling & legality

Use is intended for people 18 and over. You are responsible for checking whether betting is permitted in your jurisdiction; do not use the app where it is prohibited.

If gambling stops being fun, seek help. Play responsibly.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tio and its creators are not liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from your use of the app or reliance on any content, including betting losses.

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, including as to accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Third-party data

Odds, statistics, line-ups and other data come from third-party providers and may contain delays or inaccuracies. Tio does not guarantee the accuracy of this data.

8. Acceptable use, suspension and termination

You agree to use Tio only for lawful, personal purposes. The following are prohibited, among others: attempting to defraud, manipulate or exploit the credits, swaps, analyses or billing system; circumventing usage limits; using bots, scraping or unauthorized automation; sharing, reselling or transferring your account; reverse engineering; or using the app for any illegal or abusive purpose.

We may suspend or terminate any user's access at any time and without prior notice in case of misuse, breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or abusive conduct. In such cases, amounts already paid will not be refunded, to the maximum extent permitted by law and subject to mandatory, non-waivable consumer rights.

9. Subscription & payments

Paid features are offered by subscription, possibly with a free trial. You may cancel at any time; cancellation ends the next renewal. Payments are processed by third-party providers.

10. Changes & contact
